It is such a new environment for me. Here we just have the ocean and lakes for kayaking. The rivers in California are much further north from where I live and smaller than what I have seen of the rivers north of BA from pictures. I will be in touch, Guadalupe and I must coordinate our plans. I really appreciate all of this, I know how to fish where I live very well but wouldn't know where to begin in Argentina. Gideon, the instructions to get the license are in spanish, Guadalupe can handel it for you, after complete the application form you save the PDF to print it, then go with it to pay the fee to a "Banco Provincia", thats all.
